Web App and Calendar Booking

In addition to the Calenytics iOS app, we offer a web application that lets registered users configure availability, meeting types, and public booking pages. Guests can view offered time slots (based on the host's availability and existing bookings), book a slot, and—where enabled—receive confirmations or management links by email. Optional calendar feeds (ICS) may expose availability or confirmed bookings to apps the user connects; anyone with a feed URL can retrieve the data that feed is designed to publish.

Hosts are responsible for the lawful use of booking links, feed URLs, and guest data they collect through their pages, including obtaining any required consents and providing their own notices where they act as controllers toward guests. We provide the technical platform only within the scope described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Automated scheduling depends on user-provided settings, third-party infrastructure, and guest input; we are not liable for missed meetings, incorrect times due to time zone or device settings, or disputes between hosts and guests except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
