Privacy Policy

Introduction
Calenytics ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application, our website, and the Calenytics web app (including calendar booking features).
Information We Collect
iOS app — Calendar Data
Calenytics accesses your iOS Calendar data locally on your device to provide analytics and habit tracking features. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
Web app — Account and profile
When you sign up or sign in to the web app, we process authentication data (such as email address and credentials managed by our authentication provider) and profile data needed to run your account.
Web app — Scheduling and booking
If you use calendar booking features as a host, we store availability windows, meeting types (including duration, lead times, and location labels), booking records, and technical tokens that power public booking URLs and optional ICS calendar feeds. If you book as a guest, we process the information you submit (such as name, email address, optional message, chosen time and location) to create and manage the booking and, where applicable, to send transactional messages (for example confirmation or links to reschedule or cancel).
Public booking pages may use a bot-protection challenge (for example Cloudflare Turnstile); the provider may receive technical data required to run that check. Your browser may send your time zone preference when loading available slots so times can be shown correctly.
Website and usage
We may collect anonymous usage statistics on the marketing site to improve performance and user experience. This data does not include personal calendar content from the iOS app.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide calendar analytics and habit tracking in the iOS app
- To operate the web app: sign-in, availability, meeting types, bookings, and optional ICS feeds
- To send transactional emails related to bookings or account security where applicable
- To improve product functionality and user experience
- To send notifications related to your goals and habits in the iOS app (if enabled)
- To provide customer support
Data Storage and Security
iOS calendar content used for analytics and habits remains on your device as described above. Web app data (including scheduling and bookings) is stored on secure infrastructure operated by us and by service providers we use to host the application and database. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Secret links (public booking URLs and ICS feed URLs) grant access to the data they are designed to expose—treat them like passwords and revoke or rotate them if they are leaked.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to run the web app and booking features, including hosting and database services, email delivery, and bot protection. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, in line with their terms and applicable law. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising services that access your on-device iOS calendar data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Revoke iOS calendar access at any time through iOS Settings
- Delete iOS app data by uninstalling the application
- Request correction or deletion of web app data where applicable, or object to certain processing, subject to legal retention requirements
- Request information about data we process, including via the contact details in our Legal Notice
Children's Privacy
Calenytics is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
